Complete the AI Fluency Course first
All applicants must complete the free IOE–Microsoft AI Fluency training before applying. It’s free, entirely online, and takes just a few hours. A certificate of completion is required at the entrance examination.

Age & qualifications
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE / WAEC)
- Federal Craft Certificate (FCC)
- National Technical Certificate in a relevant trade area
- OND or HND/B.Sc. (Field of Skills & Dreams only)
- AI Fluency Certificate (IOE–Microsoft platform)
Documents to bring for the test
- Two (2) passport-size photographs
- Original Birth Certificate
- Educational Qualification Certificate(s)
- Original + photocopy of National ID / Voter’s Card / International Passport
- Certificate of AI Fluency
Application process
How to apply in 4 steps

Complete AI Fluency course
Finish the free IOE–Microsoft course at bit.ly/IOE-NECA-AI-FLUENCY and download your certificate.

Write your application
Prepare a handwritten application letter. Gather photocopies of all required credentials.

Submit online or by hand
Email your centre directly, apply via the online link, or seal and post/drop hard copies to the centre address.
04
Attend the entrance test
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Bring all original documents and your AI Fluency certificate.
