The ITF–NECA Technical Skills Development Project (TSDP) is committed to shaping the future of work in Nigeria by scaling impact and deepening its reach. Going forward, TSDP will:
Expand Nationwide Reach
Establish more training centres and broaden trade areas to equip thousands more young Nigerians with employable skills.
Strengthen Policy & Funding Support
Work with government and stakeholders to secure sustainable funding and favourable policies for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
Drive Job Creation & Youth Empowerment
Scale up impact on employment, entrepreneurship, and poverty reduction, building a stronger pipeline of skilled manpower for industry.
Position TVET as a Catalyst for Industrialization
Champion TVET as a critical driver of Nigeria’s industrial growth and economic diversification.
