Learn a trade, start a business, change your life
The ITF-NECA TSDP offers qualified young Nigerians aged 18–35 intensive, fully-funded vocational training — with free tuition, daily lunch, and a monthly transport allowance.
Running across four centres in Awka, Kano, and Lagos, the 2026 programme covers trades from electrical installation and solar energy to catering, fashion design, welding, and HVAC refrigeration. Admitted candidates pay nothing — the programme is fully subsidised.
A collaboration between the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), TSDP is designed to equip young Nigerians with entrepreneurial skills and connect them to the private sector.

Mandatory requirement
Complete the AI Fluency Course before applying
All applicants must first complete the free IOE–Microsoft AI Fluency training, hosted on the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) Learning Platform. Bring your certificate to the entrance examination.
Who qualifies
- Young Nigerians aged 18–35
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (WAEC / NECO)
- Federal Craft Certificate (FCC)
- National Technical Certificate in a relevant trade area
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. (Field of Skills & Dreams only)
- Completed AI Fluency course (IOE–Microsoft platform)
- Good numerical and communication skills (added advantage at Field of Skills)
Documents for the entrance test
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
- Original Birth Certificate
- Educational Qualification Certificate(s)
- Original and photocopy of National ID, Voter’s Card, or International Passport
- Certificate of AI Fluency (IOE–Microsoft)
How to Apply
Finish the AI Fluency course
Visit bit.ly/IOE-NECA-AI-FLUENCY and complete the free IOE–Microsoft AI Fluency training. Download your certificate when done.
Prepare your application
Write a handwritten application letter. Photocopy all required credentials and have them ready in a sealed envelope.
Submit before the deadline

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly. Bring all originals plus your AI Fluency certificate to the test. Only candidates who pass the test will be admitted.
